These terms apply to tours and hire with Wānaka Trike Tours. By booking, you agree to them.
Bookings
Tours are booked online through Rezdy, on our booking page or on the tour page. Bookings are subject to approval by Wānaka Trike Tours. Rezdy handles payment. Sending an enquiry through this website does not confirm a booking.
Safety waiver
Every rider and passenger must accept a safety waiver. After you book, you’ll receive it by email. Please complete it before the ride.
Riders
- Riders must be at least 7 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Helmets are required on every ride and must be worn at all times while riding.
- Please follow your guide’s safety instructions. We may refuse to carry anyone we believe is unsafe to ride, including anyone affected by alcohol.
Weather and changes
Tours depend on weather and road conditions. If we need to cancel for safety reasons we will contact you. Routes and stops may change on the day. What happens to a payment follows the cancellation terms shown when you booked.
Cancellations
See our cancellation policy. The cancellation and refund terms shown on the Rezdy booking page at the time of booking apply.
Personal belongings
Please keep loose items secure while riding. We’re not responsible for items lost or damaged during a tour.
