What applies to your booking
The cancellation and refund terms that apply are the ones shown on the Rezdy booking page at the time you book. This website does not set a different refund amount. Read those terms before you pay. Rezdy handles the payment.

If we cannot run the tour
Your safety comes first. If weather or road conditions make riding unsafe, we will contact you. What happens next, including any refund, follows the cancellation terms shown on the Rezdy booking page when you booked.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are arranged with us directly, not through the online booking form. The expiry date is confirmed when the voucher is issued.
